Ballet

Dancing in which conventional poses and steps are combined with light flowing figures (such as leaps and turns)
Dress Code: Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Shoes, Black Leotard, Hair in Bun
Adult: Comfy Clothes, Pink Ballet Shoes, Hair Pulled Back and Out of Face.

Tap

A style of dance performed wearing shoes fitted with metal taps, characterized by rhythmical tapping of the toes and heels.
Dress Code: Comfortable fitting clothing you can move in, Black Tap Shoes, Hair up and out ouf face.

Adult Dress Code is the same as stated above

Jazz

Jazz dance is fast and fun. It uses upbeat music and leaps and turns to interpret traditional and not-so-traditional movements
Dress Code: Form Fitting, Comfortable Clothing that allows you to move in it. Jazz Shoes - Nude

Lyrical

Lyrical dance is a style that combines ballet and jazz dancing techniques. It is performed to music with lyrics so that it inspires expression of strong emotions the choreographer feels from the lyrics of the song.

Adult: The Same as Stated Above

Acro

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements.

Dress Code: Comfortable Clothing, that allows you to move freely. Barefoot

Modern

A form of Contemporary, theatrical, and concert dance employing a special technique for developing the use of the entire body in move expressive of abstract ideas

Hip Hop

Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture

Dress Code: Loose Fitting Comfortable Clothing that is easy to move in. Black sneakers (Not worn outside)

Musical Theater

Auditioning for parts, learning lines, singing songs, and performing at the recital.

Dress Code: Comfortable Clothing that allows you to move freely. Barefeet.
